Well said clintos, these games (from what I have heard about VC and Folklore) are all bloody fantastic. Gamers should certainly give them a try, irrespective of the damn Metacritic scores they received.
I personally hope it is Lost Odyssey 2. Sakaguchi is a genius, Square-Enix hasn't been the same since he left.
I think Lost Odyssey is the current highest selling JRPG of this generation (880,000) so it would make sense for them to continue the series. It may even become the next FF series for the Microsoft platform?
I would be very interested if I could get it for $50...
Agree about Valkyria Chronicles, when I get a PS3 it will be the first game I get.
WOW that looks fantastic. The colour looks a lot more vibrant, which is definitely something they had to change from the first game, especially given the setting.

Lost Odyssey is my favourite JRPG this gen by far. Looks like I will have to check out Star Ocean:TLH as well. Sweet.

I did a little digging to answer your question and found some interesting figures.
The Original Xbox sold 842,000 units over its lifetime, which more or less went for about 5 years.
The 360 has currently sold 630,000 units in just over 3 years on the market (360 was released in April '06)
So it is on track to beat those sales, not bad.
I'm sorry, I have never seen such a blatant grab for website hits in all my life... 15 pages with about 2-3 lines of text on each, this could have been condensed into 1-2 pages easily.

Wow that isn't too bad. Sony still has the upper hand downunder though, it came out over a year later than the 360 and is just about the reach 500,000 units.

Yeah, I know what you mean, I have a huge back catalogue of games I need to get through. I'm still aiming to get my PS3 soon but I'm now in a tricky situation...
My PS2 is dead, and the PS3 doesn't have BC anymore...I want a BC PS3 but they are so damn expensive (rip-off Ebayers)...

I don't see any problem with his comments, most people agree the PSP Go is way overpriced. I'm actually scared to see the price in Aus, given the usual high price point of Sony products downunder. I reckon between $349 - $399... ouch.

Well well well, hopefully they can make the online system better, it won't be hard considering Gears 2 on 360 is utter trash. I won't be buying another EPIC product any time soon, considering they basically gave us Aussie Gears players the finger and told us to 'deal with it'...
